Woke up this morning early so I could enter my blog post. I won’t be able to do this tomorrow because I am on the road and won’t have access to this computer. I read today’s readings and then was going to do a quick search on our gift of the Spirit today – Peace and that is where my mind went off track. I’ve spent the last 40 minutes reading about the English/Latin translations of The Lord be with you, Peace be with you and our response of …and with your spirit. (After the gifts of the Spirit, I think we need to explore the meanings and traditions of our Mass.) So now I am running late and won’t have time to post anything about the gift of peace. We will pick up with that on Saturday. In my absence, there is always – ALWAYS – the Rosary; Luminous Mysteries today and the Sorrowful Mysteries tomorrow. Pray a Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
As always, do something great for our Lord today.
