What a great Psalm (103) this morning to just take a minute and reflect on…
R. (8a) The Lord is kind and merciful.
Bless the LORD, O my soul;
and all my being, bless his holy name.
Bless the LORD, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits.
R. The Lord is kind and merciful.
He pardons all my iniquities,
he heals all my ills.
He redeems my life from destruction,
he crowns me with kindness and compassion.
R. The Lord is kind and merciful.
He will not always chide,
nor does he keep his wrath forever.
Not according to my sins does he deal with me,
nor does he requite me according to my crimes.
R. The Lord is kind and merciful.
For as the heavens are high above the earth,
so surpassing is his kindness towards me who fears him.
As far as the east is from the west,
so far has he put my transgressions from me.
R. The Lord is kind and merciful.
Do something great for our Lord today – be like the prodigal son and seek the forgiveness of our Loving Father. In Him alone will you find peace; in Him alone will you find redemption.
God’s will, not mine, be done.
Be not afraid; just have faith.
Jesus, I trust in You.
He must increase; I must decrease.
Lord, if you wish, you can make me clean.
But you man of God chose righteousness, devotion, faith, love, patience and gentleness. Compete well for the faith.
