Happy Thanksgiving to anyone out there who reads this…God’s peace be with you and may your day be blessed. I share with you the beautiful words from St. Paul this morning…
I give thanks to my God always on your account
for the grace of God bestowed on you in Christ Jesus,
that in him you were enriched in every way,
with all discourse and all knowledge,
as the testimony to Christ was confirmed among you,
so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift
as you wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.
He will keep you firm to the end,
irreproachable on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
God is faithful,
and by him you were called to fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
Who is it that God has graced me with and that I give thanks for – sit back the list is going to be a “horn of plenty”…

I know that’s an exhaustive list but just want to add two more “families” to the list that I am thankful for…
Bell Electrical Contractors, Inc. – my employer. They are a great group of individuals who work there and it is a joy to go into the office everyday and work with them. God bless Bell and I pray that all those working this holiday weekend are kept safe from all harm.
St. Mary Magdalen – my second employer and my spiritual family in faith. Again, it is a beautiful thing and honor to be a part of this parish and be able to do one of the things I love to do most each weekend with them and that is offer up the music of the Mass for the greater glory of God.
Do something great for our Lord today – get to Mass and thank Him for all of the blessings He has given you; given us. Thank you God for this beautiful Country of ours that allows us to worship the Creator of all things freely.
God’s will, not mine, be done.
Be not afraid; just have faith.
Jesus, I trust in You.
He must increase; I must decrease.
Lord, if You wish, You can make me clean.
But you man of God chose righteousness, devotion, faith, love, patience and gentleness. Compete well for the faith.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. As always, I am so grateful for the gift of our friendship.
